Research Request Policy

Research fees:

Personal Research Requests
There is no charge for research questions that we can quickly answer. For more detailed research, a fee of $20 per hour applies, billed in quarter hour increments. This fee will be due whether or not any information is found. Please let us know in advance if there is a limit on the amount you are prepared to pay.

Commercial Research Requests
The minimum research charge is $20 and covers up to one half hour of initial research. For detailed research beyond one half hour, an additional fee of $30 per hour applies, billed in quarter hour increments, This fee will be due whether or not any additional information is found. Please let us know in advance if there is a limit on the amount you are prepared to pay.
